Unifarm d.o.o. Lukavac (“the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals whose data is processed in the course of its operations. This policy defines the rules for processing personal data in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This policy applies to all processing of personal data carried out by the Company within its business activities, including data of employees, associates, partners, and users.

All individuals have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their data, as well as the right to object, withdraw consent, and file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.

Within the Company, there is a designated person responsible for personal data protection, who may be contacted regarding the exercise of these rights or the resolution of any complaints.

7. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

8. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data may be shared with relevant institutions and authorized partners only with a valid legal basis and the application of appropriate protective measures. Data is not transferred outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina without the required safeguards.

9. DATA RETENTION

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or in accordance with legal retention periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
